1st Grade Siddur Ceremony
At this ceremony, the 1st graders and new students receive their first Siddur (prayer book). Parents decorate the outside of the Siddur and write a special dedication to their child inside the cover.

Our 4th grade hosts a Shabbat service at Sherith Israel.
Aviva school will be in session on President's Day.
Curiosity! is a night in which students from all grades have share and expose the greater Akiva Community how our children take on curiosity, wonder, and the engineering design process at Akiva. It is a celebration of the powerful STEAM learning that takes place at Akiva.
Purim is an opportunity to lear, dress-up, play games, and be with family. Come and celebrate Purim with Akiva at our famous Purim Carnival! Children will be dismissed from school at 2:30pm.
4th through 6th graders perform Mulan in the multipurpose room.
3rd - 6th graders will complete the WrAP test.
Akiva students share their many talents virtually.
Before our students leave for Pesach break, they have the opportunity to lead or be a part of a Model Seder. Family and friends are invited to the 5th and 6th Seder. Children will be dismissed from school at 11:30am.
Akiva will be closed in observance of Passover.
